• Timeline to Bloom: Peonies focus on establishing deep roots their first spring and rarely bloom right away. You’ll see a few beautiful blooms in Year 2, more in Year 3 and a breathtaking show in Year 4 and for decades to come!

• Shipping & Care: We ship our roots throughout the continental U.S. and deliver locally in Lexington in early- to mid-November. Growing instructions are included with every order.

Quick Planting Tip: While you wait for your roots, think about where you want to plant them. Choose a spot with full sun and excellent drainage. They don’t do well in containers. Plant them before the ground freezes.
