Fairy Morning - Martagon

$28.00
SOLD OUT

(3 bulbs per bag. Bulb size: 20-22+cm HUGE!!)

Growing happily in moderate shade, ‘Fairy Morning’s’ dainty peachy coral flowers make me think of dancing fairies in the morning sun, positively glowing in a woodland setting. Like Martagon ‘Claude Shride’ this one is also a pollinator magnet, and adds so much interest, elegance and drama to floral arrangements. There’s nothing like these Martagon lilies!

NOTE: Martagons can take a year to recover from planting and might not show any sign of top growth in Year 1. In Year 2, don’t be surprised if each bulb produces 20+ nodding flowers. Once established, they will thrive for decades, producing up to 50 flowers on tall stems every year.

Ht: 3-4+’ — blooms in May or early June

Bloom sequence for Lilies: Early-season: Martagons, then Asiatics, then Species hybrids —> Mid-season: LA hybrids, then OT hybrids —> Later-season: OA hybrids and Orientals

When to plant: Plant Lily bulbs NOW for blooms this summer. Our complete growing instructions are included.

Delivery Methods: At checkout, you’ll choose between PICKUP or SHIPPING options. SHIPPING is available within the Continental U.S. for $15 flat-rate and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 to a single address.
